Please note all courses are subject to our terms and conditions as follows:
Course Booking
Bookings will not be confirmed until the full course fee has been receive. Places will be held for 48 hours to allow candidates to make payment.
Payments
Candidates will be sent an online payment link or can book via our website.
For company bookings – please send purchase orders by email, stating student name, course title and date, ensuring full invoice details are enclosed.
Course Fees
Course fees are available on our website and are subject to change at the discretion of Astro Nav UK Ltd. and/or CTS & SMS UK Ltd.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
If you wish to cancel your place on a course more than 28 calendar days prior to the commencement of the course, your course fee will be refunded, minus associated admin fees.
We regret that cancellations received after this time will result in the retention of course fees as follows:
28 calendar days or less before the commencement of the course:
- – 25% of the course fee.
14 calendar days or less before the commencement of the course:
- – 50% of the course fee.
7 calendardays or less before the commencement of the course:
- – 100% of the course fee
In certain circumstances, we can transfer you to an alternative course date.
Transferred course fees must be used within 12 months of the original course date, and are non-refundable after this time.
When transferring you to an alternative course date, we will credit some of the original course fees to the rescheduled course date, depending on the notice given by you:
More than 28 calendar days before the commencement of the original course:
- – 100% of the course fee credited to rescheduled course.
28 calendar days or less before the commencement of the original course:
- – 75% of the course fee credited to rescheduled course.
14 calendar days or less before the commencement of the original course:
- – 50% of the course fee credited to rescheduled course.
7 calendar days or less before the commencement of the original course:
- – No course fee credited to rescheduled course.
When transferring to another course date, there may be an additional balance of course/exam fees to pay for your new course, due to fee increases.
Deposits are non-refundable.
By making payment you agree to be bound by our current T&C’s.
We endeavour to run every course as advertised, but reserve the right to cancel courses should there be insufficient student numbers. An alternative date or refund will be offered.
